We have another beautiful and inspiring #FEMMEFEATURFRIDAY for you all. It’s our pleasure to introduce the amazing Brinn Nicole! To say it plain and simple.. Brinn is a light. This lovely lady truly spreads good vibes wherever she goes, and she exudes nothing but positive, caring, genuine, and love-filled energy. This world definitely needs more of her!

Brinn Nicole has had the pleasure of working with Pitbull, Nick Cannon, Mike Posner, Queen Latifah, and Nicole Scherzinger. She has also traveled the world with Snoop Dogg, Jay Sean, and Lil Wayne. Brinn lives and breathes everything that has to do with dance, and this bombshell felt empowered to do something more than just perform on stage. She wanted to give back and she tapped into her gift of being able to share her passion with dancers from all around the world. Brinn created Pumpfidence (, which is a feminine style in heels. Her program trains you to feel confident as you dance and to deliver great emotion through powerful choreography.

It's been a full circle journey for Brinn because she went from growing up and training at Millennium Dance Complex to now mentoring young girls as a teacher there. She is such a beautiful woman inside and out, and we are so grateful that there's a brilliant soul like hers inspiring young girls from all over. We truly appreciate everything Brinn embodies in both her professional and personal life. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine and for constantly making everyone around you feel fabulous, Brinn! YOU GOT THIS.

How did you come up with the idea for your class “Pumpfidence"?

My class slot at Millennium Dance Complex was already titled "Pumps" which I felt fit me specifically more than "Heels" because my style does have more urban undertones. I knew I wanted my brand name to be one word and to incorporate a powerful, internal word to exemplify that deeper portion of what I teach. When I combined Pumps with Confidence, it was this divine knowingness that I nailed it on the head!

What is one of the most important things you share with you dancers that you can share with our YGTGirls?

I have a couple really fun tag lines, completely original, that formed so organically while teaching my class! The rhyming makes it easy to remember some of the most important things that I teach and I say them every class now!

"Kill what you know and let the rest flow."
"Don't save the flavor for later!"
"Depend on the song and you can never go wrong"

What do you consider the greatest challenge females face, and what do you believe we can do to overcome that?

The greatest challenge I believe females face is comparing their life to another life; especially in this social media day in age where we can make our lives appear a certain way.

I believe and teach the way to overcome that is knowing with all your heart you have a special design that is all your own. It is so important we don't silence our own unique voices, likes, taste buds and passionate callings because we are distracted by someone else's. We must root back to Self. Unapologetically focusing on being OUR best Self.

Which woman inspires you the most?

In the most Soulful of ways, the woman that inspires me the most is actually myself. I'm very proud to say that and truly mean it.

What’s your definition of a YGTGirl?

My definition of a YGTGirl is fearless, hopeful, inspired, opened to learning, and self loving! I believe anyone that does anything to help themselves expand greater is definitely loving themselves well!
