Radiate your authentic light and surrender to the flow of life.

Do you need to have prior yoga/meditation experience?
No experience needed! All levels of yoga and meditation are welcomed, whether you’re someone who’s never set foot in a yoga studio before or you’re an advanced practitioner.



Why is this program unique?
The Ground to Grow program is uniquely designed to focus on connecting you back to a restful state. We relearn the importance of slowing down and reconnecting to our truth instead of constantly running on the hamster wheel of life. This program teaches you how to take care of yourself so you can be more efficient and productive in the end.
